2023 Student Hunger Drive |
The Student Hunger Drive is back! The 2024 Student Hunger Drive will conclude on November 7, 2024.
Get donating started early by using the button provided below to donate online: HomecomingSpartan Assembly hosts the Homecoming Parade and Carnival. These events are a great place to have fun with friends and family! Our members find lots of enjoyment in planning these events and they’re two of the many events through which we get to know each other better.
Keep a lookout for when Homecoming Important Dates are announced for next year! Community Service ProjectSpartan Assembly strives to make the community a better place. To accomplish that, we do different projects to give assistance to those in need. A project that we have done in the past is working with the Mobile Food Pantry to give food to those who need it. Check back later for updates on events and projects for this year!

Blood DriveSpartan Assembly hosts multiple Blood Drives during the school year as well as over the summer. We work with the Mississippi Valley Regional Blood Center to help willing donors contribute to the blood drive. The requirements to donate blood include: being 16 years of age, being 110 pounds, and donors must have an I.D. (If the donor is a student, they need a signed parent permission slip!)

Student Hunger Drive
Each year, Spartan Assembly works very hard to run the Pleasant Valley Student Hunger Drive at the Riverbend Food Bank. We collect food to help our local community and even students at our own school. This includes running many events to fundraise and collect food. Events include (but are not limited to) Fill the Truck, a teacher/school competition, as well as Powderpuff and Reverse-Powderpuff games. Everything we earn is given directly to the food bank!

Congratulations Spartans on your 2023 1st Place Student Hunger Drive Win! Thank you for all your donations and hard work in supporting the community.
